One More Windy Day & The Boats Were Gone!

    Yep, I am still at the helm of Ocean Planet, now once again personally teaching our paddling training programs despite the fact many of you may have been told any of the following theories about my alleged disappearance - take your pick:

• I had gone back to Canada (nope, it's too cold there!)
• OP had completely sold out & I was now living in a tax haven in the Carribean;
• OP had moved on to gun running;
• OP had been taken over by a Siberian Noodle cartel;
• Aliens had abducted me;
• I had joined the Hari Krishnas;
• I had become a tenant of a dumpster behind Coles;

    In fact, it turns out I have a fondness for paddling that is much deeper than even I thought. This I hope is good news for all of you who have enjoyed the training programs and newsletters that both I and those with my company have provided over the years.

    As we move into the 11th year of providing paddling services, Ocean Planet has most certainly gone through many major changes and those changes were very necessary. Looking to the future, there will be a greater focus on the paddling - pure and simple - paddling.

    So, here is the next issue of Wet World and I hope you all enjoy the material here. Now that our retail operation is now closed (with the exception of a few selected items), get ready for more great coastal paddling programs, good stories, valuable technical tips, inspiring paddling images and and a host of information to make your paddling safer, more enjoyable and a better escape than ever before.
