Here I am - back once again at the keyboard.

OK, it has been nine months since the last issue and I reckon it is time to make a few changes that have been suggested for future issues.

I have heaps of really great paddling material for you, but the effort to produce a free, large format newsletter has meant that I actually get bogged down in the size of the job - never getting it done!

Just too much of a perfectionist at times. So all great intentions aside, the newsletter never leaves my computer!! Despite people sending in some great material to share.

Doh!

So, I will be producing a much smaller version of Wet World, but will try to get it out bi monthly to all of you who keep asking me for it.

Less but more - or something like that!!

It is a cool and fun publication to do - and the feedback is really satisfying with heaps of great photos and stories out there to share.

Future "short-form" editions will likely have these four main components.

First will be an inspiring paddling story or trip notes;

Second will be our new Paddler Profile section. This is a great chance to hook up with paddlers who do some cool stuff and are really happy to share those places and experiences with others. A great chance to get with other like minded paddlers and get out there with someone going somewhere;

Third will be a section with a mixed focus on Paddling Safety and Paddling Tips and Techniques and;

Fourth will be the Ocean Planet News Section with new or upcoming cool paddling related items that Ocean Planet may feel you will be interested in.

Soooooooooo……………
